Customers are getting confused that we are in the USA and we are NOT as we are in Canada.
That being said please see below crucial information upon ordering.

Due to the Winter Months ALL orders maybe delayed. This is simply out of my control so please allow extra time for orders to arrive,

USA Tracked Packages is not available due to Tariffs (if you want tracked option you NEED to message directly - I do not promise you will be subject to tariffs or not). All listings are marked as LETTER MAIL ONLY!

You will be getting shipped through other couriers instead of USPS. I will be updating the Shipping options and Letter mail is still an option as that is not a factor in the Tariffs. I will be upping the prices though for the USA to fit the Tariff situation. If you have any questions or concerns please contact via messages. I am learning this as much as you are and the last thing I want to do is close my shop to USA customers. I am working my hardest to find a way to keep my USA customers happy. Thank you!

Please note that the USA and Canada Listings are for those countries only. International is for international/overseas only. If you cannot purchase for some reason, please let me know and head to IG so we can use PayPal for purchasing. Sometimes Etsy does not like "outside" talk so you will have to check "spam" messages if you are not getting a reply back.

Welcome to my shop, please enjoy my creative creations/designs. Please message me if you need any additional information. Please do know I take pride in my work and make sure my customers are completely satisfied. I will always go above and beyond to help my customers out. All my announcements will be placed here because I can not message everyone to keep everyone updated. So please always check the announcements if something is happening.

Shipping Information:
Most items (shown in description) are “Ready To Ship”. Those items will go out right away. We can not help shipping delays so once it’s out of our hands it’s simply out of our control. We can only monitor via tracking; all customers will have to contact their local carriers if they need further assistance.

Please also be advised if your order says "Label Created" or "Pre-Transit" but has not made any movement it means I have made the shipping label for your order and is either being currently worked on or already shipped out. Please allow 42 to 72 hours for your tracking to be updated.

I am a 1 person shop who makes everything before/after work or on the weekends (all in my spare time). It's me, myself and I with my shop. So orders can fluctuate with shipping times and delays can happen. Please keep an eye on your tracking you may need to copy and paste the tracking number into Canada Post or USPS to see full tracking details.

Please note if you purchase a item that says "Free Shipping" it is shipped via Letter-mail and is not Tracked. Since it is coming from Canada it can take up to 3 weeks to get into the United States. I currently do not ship overseas (I am sad I had to turn off that option) but will be in the future. Please see shop policies for more information.

Hype Sticker information:
My shop was the first shop to offer hype stickers back in 2019/2020 via Facebook group exclusives with verification. I would offer it once a year to avoid scammers and to make sure my fellow swifties had replacements or special stickers. In 2023 I had two individuals via Facebook tarnish my shop and steal my business model/stickers and create their own shops. I stopped making stickers due to these individuals. I had many customers messaging me within these past few months wanting stickers so I decided to re-open my stickers to help my fellow swifties and customers out again. I feel very respected when it comes to having customers come back and enjoy my work. I am very protective of my work, my shop and how I run my business.

I offer regular hype stickers but if customers are wanting replacement hype stickers for RSD or any limited pressings you will NEED to send verification that you have the item in hand (sending photos via messages).

My shop is the ONLY shop that is associated with my stickers. Any other shop offering hype stickers are not affiliated with my shop in any way. If you see any other shop stealing my work please report their shop immediately.

Direct To Film products:
The Direct to Film transfers I use are not made by me and are outsourced. These can have a white outline on the transfer (the coating) if the print is smaller or thinner. This is the printers issue as I have no control on how they come to me. I have reached out to the company but because that these are printing on a film the transfers can very time to time. Direct to film is NOT screen print so there will be a gloss style to the print. Please read listings carefully. I make sure all my listings are described as is and very informative. If you are not sure please message directly as I can explain the DTF process to you so you are aware of the transfers and how they work.

As for Inspired items or Dupe items:
My inspired items or my duped items may look a bit different than the actual official one. That is where the term "Dupe" comes from. They are supposed to look like the real thing from far away but if seen up close it as some differences. I try to get my product that are inspired/dupes looking close as possible to the real thing but as always there might be some that turn out differently. I try my very best to please but I can not always please everyone as I learned recently.

Returns, Cancellations, Refunds are not accepted with my shop. So please review the policies before purchasing.

All vendor events are in person products and are FINAL SALE. I do vendor events on the side of working full time and running my shop.
