The seller was very kind and willing to communicate throughout the process. However, compared to my original sticker, the replacement still has significant differences. The first one I received had a noticeable reddish tint to the ink. The seller kindly sent a replacement, but the second one was extremely dark—so dark that even the white details from the original design were no longer visible. Since the seller had already sent a replacement, I decided not to ask for anything further. However, in my opinion, it still isn't a suitable substitute for the original sticker because the differences are very obvious at a glance. If you're considering purchasing, I'd recommend asking questions and discussing the details with the seller beforehand. That said, the seller provides excellent customer service and is genuinely very nice.

The sticker isn't exactly like the original transparent one, but it is exactly what I requested, so I'm very happy with it! Since it was international shipping, it took almost two months to arrive, but everything came in perfect condition. Angela’s communication was excellent as always. Totally worth the wait!

Great sticker and excellent quality! This is my second time buying from Angela, and her communication and support are outstanding. We ran into some shipping problems, but she was always available and willing to reship it. Even though delivery took a while, her amazing customer service made it totally understandable. Hello welcome to my shop.

My name is Angela Roloson.
I am from Brantford, Ontario, Canada. I am in my 30's.
I am a Graphic Designer who loves all kinds of art and design.

I have been selling on Etsy since 2022 but been selling my creations since 2019/2022.
I am the first seller to start the replacement hype stickers (2019/2020) and then others started to steal the idea and use my artwork. I had to stop for a while and then came back with a better business model that I could stand out from the rest.

I love photography, music (I am a big Swiftie/Taylor Swift Fan for the past 16+ years), and my fur babies (2 cats).

I love trying out new creations or crafts. I always been a crafter since I was little.
I have always made tons of designs even before I got my diploma in Graphic Design.
I started my shop to share to the world my work, my love and aspirations of design. I use to work in retail for 9 years so I have always made sure to satisfy all customers with kindness and make sure I can help them.

Learning those key elements I can bring them to my shop for my fantastic customers.
I want to make sure my customers know that I will go above and beyond to help them out and that I want to make sure they are happy with products and customer service. Customer Service is always #1 to me.
