The keycap was getting stuck on my apex 7 keyboard. After chatting with Kayden they suggested putting a little heat on it and holding it down for a few seconds. That seemed to do the trick!! Thank you for working with me on it! I love that it still has the clicky-ness. That is the reason I have a mechanical keyboard!
