"This solved the problem of my Acer R242 Y AYI monitor not being compatible with other VESA adapters! Very sturdy and simple product. The only issue I had were the bolts didn’t perfectly align with the vesa piece at first, but after adjusting with a pliers, it fit. Super fast shipping and great customer service/responsiveness."

"The product is amazing however the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the mounting. General building code will have studs 16 inches apart and the mounting screws for the walls have to be placed 29.5~ inches apart so I could only get one side into a stud(for safety) I decided to use the boards they used in the packing to get screws in the middle stud between to keep it sturdy. If I could suggest one change is make the mounting placements 32 inches apart to secure to studs. Putting the monitor on is very clean. It can be difficult to line the screws up but the flush mount looking as clean as it does is worth it! Overall, EXCELLENT product otherwise and the customer service, though I had no issue, they still reached out to ensure things go smoothly."
