Care instructions

Clay is extremely resilient but not indestructible. Minor scratches, makeup or dirt can be removed by using an acetone dipped qtip, use gentle pressure.

Painted pieces and brass charm pieces should not be washed, acetone can also remove the paint.

If it is just clay, you can wash it with water and soap. Clay earrings are a work of art so they must be loved and cared for as such.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All packages are packed like they are a special present! If you want to add a special note, let me know!

How long does it take to ship?

Order processing time depends on the item (whether it is ready to sell or custom). Please keep in mind there are major delays due to the pandemic, please be patient as it could take upto 4 weeks to receive your item, especially if you live outside of Canada.

Do you do refunds?

I do not offer refunds. Everything is final sale. If you ever have concerns about the product, you can reach out to me and I will do my best to rectify it.
