3 out of 5 starsThe exterior of the bark of the pieces were cracked and much had fallen off. The seller was willing to refund the $, but I never pursued. It must have been a fluke since the reviews are excellent.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! At TGT FARM we do custom orders for our portraits, decor and furniture pieces. Sometimes an item will be listed unfinished, and priced offering color choices for buyers to choose from. Full payment is required once terms are made, and allow two to four weeks from purchase date for that custom piece to be completed { this does NOT included shipping time}. Once purchased you have two days to cancel your order with a full refund. Once work commences, there are no refunds, however we will work with you to make any adjustments necessary. If you are local and desire a piece that you own to be restored, you can message me for a quote with further details and options.

Why do you not have refunds or exchanges in your policies?
We do allow full refunds up to two days after purchase! However, due to the nature and delivery demands of our one of a kind, & vintage pieces, we cannot offer refunds. We are happy to work with you to achieve satisfaction with your purchase, and strive to offer quality merchandise. If ever a delicate piece has a demarcation, we will always mention this in our listing description. If damage were to occur during shipping by the carrier co. ~ this is NOT our fault, and you would need to pursue an insurance claim with them. We take the best care possible in getting these items to you in perfect order, and we stay in communication with you throughout the entire process. We want you to enjoy your purchases so please contact us with questions
What shipping companies do you use & can I pick up my items?
We use USPS when possible or select a private white glove shipping Co for our customer’s pieces. Due to the nature of our unique, vintage items, we prefer special care to be used in delivery. Although this is more costly, it ensures better service and happy people! This doesn't guarantee perfection, and in the event of a discrepancy during packing and shipping, we are not liable. Although we would help in any way to pursue a claim with your carrier, it would be your responsibility to file a claim immediately upon arrival of your items. Although we would make every effort to support you, we are not liable for damage once an item has left our possession. Please notify us with any questions or complaints so we do our best to serve you.
Why was I charged a restocking fee?
In the event we the sellers need to cancel a transaction due to a “discretionary issue” as defined by but not limited to, a lack of timely response from the buyer to provide important details or response to carry out the order completely, we may decide to issue a refund to the customer minus an 8$ restocking fee to cover our costs for the etsy transaction. This will automatically cancel the order and issue the amount minus the fee to our customers. Please note that we will make a concerted effort in every circumstance to achieve above satisfactory experiences with our customers. This action would be considered a “last resort response” on our part. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding this or other policies.
How do I find out my own personal shipping cost or receive a quote?
Shipping charges listed are only estimates, or ONLY when stated specifically, already included in the price. To receive a quote, you would message me, with your city & zip, and verify if you are receiving at a residence or business. Then it takes 1-2 days to receive your quote after it is submitted. We will then reply with the quote. If you'd like to proceed, the shipping amount is added into a custom listing for checkout convenience.
We use only white glove, plastic and blanket wrapped door to door service. Since we are in contact throughout the entire process, you will know a window of approx 2 hours of when to expect your items, usually arranged the day prior by your carrier. ••Please note this process does not hold the item••
What are your business hours of operation?
We are a small family farm and business. We enjoy the benefits of adapting our schedule to meet the needs of our family and our customers. We do our best to respond to all inquiries within one business day or less. We are open 6 days a week and we take Sunday's off. If you inquire late Saturday evening, know that we will normally respond Monday morning.

Care instructions
Our custom furniture pieces are hand refinished & painted. We then seal them with a finishing wax, to give luster and protection to the piece. For " high traffic " pieces such as, table tops, sideboards, desk tops, etc, you may need to apply additional wax after months of steady use. I use miss mustard seed furniture wax on most of my pieces & recommend this for "touch up" as well.
For constant care, simply wipe off your custom pieces with a damp cotton cloth, or with a little soap if necessary. Never use harsh chemical cleaners on your piece!
If you follow these instructions...you will enjoy your purchase for many years to come!
Care instructions
Instructions for receiving and care of our raw cut wood slices. During shipment these live specimines can have condensation build up as they will continue to cure for months ahead. You may clean them with a mild soap & damp cloth, or by lightly sanding the surface. This will not alter the natural look, yet give you the ability to freshen them up before each use. Never use harsh chemicals, or store in direct sunlight, as both would hinder the natural curing process. Following simple care instructions, will ensure many years of gathering uses for your newly purchased slices! Enjoy!
What is the 30 day response policy?
While we are delighted you chose us for your custom furniture purchase, it is important to follow up with necessary arrangements for delivery. If in the event, we have attempted to contact you to no avail, and the time exceeds 30 days, we reserve the right to forfeit your payment and relist the piece. When an item is purchased, it becomes unavailable to other potential customers, so changes in purchase beyond our 30 day policy is not acceptable.
We hope that all of our customers will be as eager as we are to receive their purchase, so in effort to encourage the process to go smoothly and in a timely manner, we have set this policy in place. Please work with us to set up your delivery, and enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible!
Custom and personalized orders
We do offer customization of some of the pieces in our shop. Normally, the listing will state these options in the details portion. If you do not see this option in a listing, it may not be customizable, however you may inquire by private messaging us.
Some already restored and completed pieces, may result in an additional charge for any change requests, starting at a minimum of 75$. We are happy to discuss those details with you through etsy messaging. All terms agreed upon must be paid in full prior to any work commencement. You may cancel the order, which may be done only within our two day policy. Once the work is started, there are absolutely no refunds accepted.
