I do not change anything in anyway once photographed and listed.

The sizes marked for my Rings is the size available, and I will not be resizing for customers with other sizing requirements.
Gemstones can be jeopardized in the process and listing on here and labour takes many hours, I hope you understand.

*They are all One Of A Kind, BUT I do have many more unlisted, so do ask if there is another similar one in your Sizing. I may have it.

Take a look at my 'Ancient Spirals Adjustable Ring' Design or some options to resize your own ring and make it work for you.
Or bringing it to your local silversmith/goldsmith to have it sized are a few options.

GemAndIJewellery has never had a problem with packages not arriving.

The estimated shipping times listed are an estimate via Canada Post based on how long they THINK it may take to arrive to your destination;

*GemAndIJewellery will not be held responsible for packages sent without a tracking # that are either lost or stolen in the mail.
We recommend a tracking # for added security.

To put into perspective the price of a PAIR of Earrings:
Earrings are like x2 Pendants for each of your beautiful Ears.
They are double the Gemstones and carat weight, double the Sterling Silver, or Gold, and double the labour to make 2 of them.
*If you take the total price of a pair of Earrings and divide it into two, you will come up with a pretty fair $ priced Pendant...usually even a better deal since there are x2!

Hope this puts things into perspective when pricing out and wanting to purchase a new pair of Earrings.

Before sending out, I do a final cream polish on everything! I see way too much scratched silver listed on Etsy.

Each item is wrapped in coloured tissue paper and then put into a beautiful decorative textile handmade jewellery pouch made out of silk, cotton or satin.

*ALL Gemstone Jewelry and more fragile and expensive Sterling Silver items are then put into a rigid coloured Jewellery Box that is sealed.
*These above items come with a new Jewellery Polishing Cloth.

I put a description of the piece on our business card.

We use thick waterproof bubbler envelopes lined with bubble wrap to send, and FRAGILE is written on it.

*Photos are taken of EACH package before it is shipped to show proof of Shipment and date it was sent in the photo.

The Ring Sizing and dimensions of my jewellery listed is accurate and I double check these measurements many times before making a listing and posting it.
Please read the description carefully of each item.

*PLEASE KNOW YOUR PROPER RING SIZE AS ONCE WE SEND OUT ITEMS IT IS A FINAL SALE AND YOU CANNOT RETURN IT IF IT DOES NOT FIT YOU.
*You can have your finger measured by using different methods online or go into a local jewellery shop to have it accurately measured etc.

*Please know what Size you are in different Bands - Wider Band Rings will fit differently (and usually more snug) than Thin Band Rings etc. so you can take this into account when measuring your fingers in a Thin Band Ring and also a Wide Band Ring design.

No. It is up to each Canadian Customer to specify and tell us the EXTRA amount you would like to pay ON TOP of the $100 already included with your FREE "Tracked" Shipping.

*Canada Post only covers $100 Insurance on Tracked items ONLY, and the rest is the responsibility of the Customer to cover on their full total, if they want more coverage.
Sometimes this is as little as $2 to $25 extra for lesser value items to very expensive value items to cover the WHOLE item(s) in case it is lost, stolen or damaged in mail delivery.

*For USA - you HAVE to select the Expedited or Xpress Post Upgrade to receive any Insurance

*Gem&I Jewellery will not be held responsible if you opt out of paying for Insurance on your parcel.

I have a small physical storefront in town and I keep my Etsy stock completely separate so it is unworn and not tried on.

*I see WAY too much beat up and scratched Silver on Etsy to be sold. It looks so bad and I am surprised that it is even photographed in this state and sold from other shops on here.

Everything in my Gem&I Jewellery Etsy Shop is polished and I even do a final anti tarnish cream polish as well.
*Each piece literally looks much more substantial in quality and in size in person and I am happy to be selling quality jewellery.
