Fits directly onto a GP5 mask nearly perfectly with no glue or modification required. For those having trouble I reccomend trying to attach the faceplate whilst wearing the mask itself, this way the lenses are already lined up for it to snap on. I also reccomend printing two and stacking them atop each other onto the mask. This eliminates any wiggling.
