1 out of 5 starsWorst experience on Etsy! Seller barely responds to messages if at all. Item never received. Was told by seller she would resend the item twice, never did. Then proceeds to ignore my messages. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

4 out of 5 starsThe ornament arrived as expected. A little disappointed that the gold is a bit on the yellow/orange side (it’s not a gold metal it’s more like a “gold” plastic). Still, I’m happy with this purchase overall.

Frequently asked questions
Shipping Information
All items include a tracking number, for all countries, which provides you a remedy for damaged pieces and if they are not received. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a certain timeframe due to COVID19 and delays with postal services and customs.
For items not received, and returned to sender due to incomplete, incorrect address or forced return, buyer will be responsible for paying BOTH the cost to re-ship item to them, as well as the return to sender fee issued by Canada Post to the seller upon item being sent back.
Processing times and event date
If you are buying an item for an upcoming event, please let me know the date of the event, by requesting a custom order or sending a message PRIOR to placing order.

Care Instructions
All items are handmade and variances can occur between items.
Wood signs are made from natural wood, which is cut, sanded and stained by hand. Each piece of wood has a unique grain so no two pieces will look identical. Knots, cracks, and varying grain depth are common with natural wood products and are not considered damaged.
Wood items which are painted and use water based paint and are not water/outdoor safe. The paint will bleed if exposed to water or left outdoors. Lasercut signage items are should not be left outdoors, exposed to water or humidity as this can lead to bubbling/peeling of the adhesive. Acrylic items should be dusted only, no cleaners.
Damaged, Missing or Problem with Order
For any damaged or missing items, I require photos of the damaged item and packaging. Without these photos, I cannot pursue a claim against the postal company, and cannot provide you an adequate replacement or refund for the missing or damaged items. The deadline for notifying me of missing or damaged items is 3 days from when tracking states it was delivered. Canada Post often contacts buyers in the event items are missing or damaged, not received, etc. so you will be required to liase with Canada Post if a claim is entered for your package. If there are any issues with your order, or you need to contact the shop, please do so here via Etsy messaging. If buyers email my email address, you will be redirected to contact via Etsy.

If you would like to get a quote for delivery of your item within the Brant/Hamilton/Burlington areas in Ontario, please message the shop owner PRIOR to placing order. We no longer offer local pick up.
