Custom and personalized orders
We do not accept returns for Custom or Personalized orders.
Items returned for incorrect address
Unless otherwise requested, we ship your item to the address in the Ship To field of your order. If an item is returned to us by the USPS for any reason (such as incorrect address, insufficient address, etc...), we will refund the purchase amount less a $5 restocking fee for items that were shipped for free.
For purchases where shipping was paid for (standard shipping, Priority Mail or Express Mail), we will only refund the price of the item itself, and the price of standard shipping/Priority Mail/Express Mail will not be refunded.
For returned packages where you would like us to send it back out to the correct address, we will send you a link to purchase an item for the reshipping charge.

If you need to reach us for any reason including questions or problems with an order, please message us here in Etsy. We do not check our email address.
Returns
You can return an item within 7 days of receipt. There is a $5 restocking fee, all returned items must be in original new condition, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
