For the past 20+ years I have been making jewelry. There is some kind of magnetic draw that I have to beautiful gemstones and colourful beads and working with quality metals to make interesting shapes and more recently, my connection to sacred symbols.

When my accumulation of earring and pendant creations mounted up I found a few local venues, such as markets and designer stores, to sell my handmade jewelry and also my needle felted wool fibre creations.

I enjoyed exploring many mediums of working with colour, form and texture but after a number of years of experimenting with unique designs, I continued to be drawn back to the hammered wire work, perhaps because it is has a simple elegance and creative range.

My jewelry creations today tap into my love for beauty and the Goddess quality that is within us. I have a great love and respect for nature, angels, elementals and animals. I acknowledge the natural healing qualities of gemstones and precious metals in my work and the vibrational qualities in the natural materials and hope to highlight that more and more. My jewelry is charged with love and light. It has an uplifting quality that adds radiance and beauty to the wearer.

My needle felted wool sculptures touch my heart when I make them and the inner child of those who appreciate them. In a sense they open one's heart and we all need that!
