StewPit Brand Return Policy
Life is unpredictable, and mistakes happen. Whether our valued customer is unsatisfied due to sizing issues, color scheme misjudgments or shipping mistakes, StewPit Brand wants to resolve the problem. We understand each order is unique, please review some common problem - resolution policies in place already. If none of these standard solutions seems satisfactory, StewPit Brand urges an unsatisfied customer to reach out so we can navigate an appropriate resolution together.
1. RETURN-REFUND: If your item arrives and you simply have decided it doesn’t work for you, StewPit Brand will issue a refund (minus a 20% restocking fee per item) once the customer ships the product back. Customers have 3 business days from the arrival of the package to initiate a return-refund. (20% restocking fee per item applies)
2. SIZING ADJUSTMENTS: If upon receiving your item and the fit is too small or too big, StewPit Brand can customize to fit. Sizing adjustments must be initiated within 5 business days of receiving the product. (Items marked as gifts may be considered for a time extension).
3. FUNCTIONALALITY / GARMENT INTEGRITY RETURNS: StewPit Brand will repair or replace an item that does not withstand the elements or hold up for its original intention. Returns should be initiated within 90 days of purchase and customer handles all shipping costs involved with transaction.
4. SHIPPING PROBLEMS / PROCEDURES: StewPit Brand utilizes USPS for all domestic and international shipping. For international orders please allow 30 days from the time your package delivers to receive your product. International orders must clear customs and although it usually doesn’t take the full 30 days, some orders have been delayed; especially during the holiday season. For all domestic orders please double check mailing address, mistyped addresses are the most common reason orders do not arrive. If you realize the wrong address has been subscribed and your product has been shipped, it may still be intercepted if it is schedule to arrive at a USPS location near you. In the event a package is “returned to sender”, StewPit Brand will fix the original address and attempt to resend the package (unless specified otherwise by the customer).
