If you are worried about your purchase please use the additional tracking option and we will also insure your package.

If you do not purchase additional tracking option we are not responsible for lost packages. We will do our best to work with you and your post, but it will be handled on a case by case basis. We cannot ensure full refunds in this case as untracked item are uninsured.

We offer an untracked option in order to be able to meet a lower budget.

If you are worried about your package not arriving in regular post, please choose the tracking option upon purchase.

If the item hasn't been shipped, I will cancel and refund your order, and you can repurchase the item at your own convenience, and provide correct details.

If the item HAS been shipped
-With tracking
I will do my best to call the post office and intercept the package, and either get it redirected to your correct address, or have it returned me. I will not refund a package being sent back to me until it has arrived.

-If you chose standard/untracked shipping
There is nothing I am capable of doing unless the original item is returned to me. You are free to repurchase the item if you wish to, but no refund will be given unless the original is back in my hands.

I am happy to offer full refunds on any insured orders, including shipping costs, in the case of damage upon delivery, with photographic evidence, up to 7 days from the date of receipt.

I accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery, but the return shipping is up to the customer, and item refunds are only given once the item is returned, undamaged to me. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.

In the case that an order is returned to me due to non claimant/not picked up from your post office/customs, I will refund the order, minus the shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee, once the package is safely returned to me, or you will be given the option to repay the shipping costs to resend your items.
