We do not recommend shelves over 12" in depth unless they are thicker. (See Other Listing Here 𝙲𝚘𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚂𝚘𝚘𝚗) Weight ratings are rated in the center of 10" & 12" deep shelves. Your floating shelves are like a lever, The deeper the shelf, the more leverage it has on its mounting system. Any shelf over 12" in depth, we recommend a 15% less weight per each additional inch of depth.

A lot. And we mean a lot. We provide engineered 2.5" screws meant for mounting to studs. Most of our shelving can support over 100 lbs when secured properly. We recommend using a caulk or paintable silicon behind the shelf and small amount into each rod holes when planning to place extremely heavy items on your shelves. That being said, we don't shy away from telling you that your bracket and shelf, when mounted correctly, can hold hundreds of pounds (depending on the size). Can the bracket come off the fastening screws?
- That is the Beauty of our Studlock™️ patent pending design. The keyhole design locks the fastener into the bracket.

What Depth should I order?
- Office, books are around 9" deep. Select a 10" shelf for this.
- Kitchen cabinet interior depth is 11". A 10" - 12" Deep shelf works perfect. If your going to load it to the extreme with your fine china, use a 10".
- Bathroom Shelves over a Toilet - 6" -  8" Deep. No deeper than 10" so you don’t hit your head
- Laundry room cabinets can be 12"-15" deep and typicaly hold a lot of heavy items. A 10" Deep shelf works the best for the Heaviest weight rating, and adds dimension to the room being a different Depth.

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Because of this we accept returns. Because we offer so many variations we do not try to resell the returned items therefore we do require a 50% restocking fee. If order arrives damaged we will replace your order.

HI and AK are $70/shelf. Contact us if you would like an order shipped out of the country. Additionally, if there is ever a need, we are happy to offer you returns and exchanges.

EZ Mount describes the whole process of building and mounting the entire shelf and bracket combo. Our designs will be the easiest and safest shelves to either produce or to install you can find. We build and install our shelves and brackets daily in our local market assuring the durability and safety of our products. We know that a improperly designed copy of our unique design could result in a failure in the home. This means that the only way to protect clients with the authenticity of our design was with a patent. This will insure that you are receiving brackets or complete shelves that have been properly designed, engineered, and tested to be safe in your homes for years to come.

They are hand finished with a low VOC cabinet grade conversion varnish, hand sanded between each coat. Your order can be finished with a food grade wax or oil finish also, Please indicate if needed in the "Personalization notes" when ordering.

Our stain process changed at the end of 2024. If you are trying to match a new order to a sample shipped to you before 2025, please note that there will be slight variations in color and depth of stain. We recommend ordering shelves from current samples.

Please send us a DM if you would like to match a new order of shelves to a previous order of shelves.

The shelf samples are made of real wood and reflect the real variations in natural wood. Your final stain color may vary slightly in tone and depth from the sample you receive.
