Please, keep in mind that the shipments are via a standard courier service. Check below the estimated delivery times:
Spain: 1-5 business days.
Europe: 5-15 business days.
USA, Australia, Canada: 5-20 business days.
Rest of the world: 5-30 business days.
Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional duties and taxes. In case they are applicable, they will have to be covered by the buyer.
Are you in a hurry to receive your order? I recommend selecting the DHL Express option. You will receive your order in less than 72 working hours.
Exchanges and returns are managed through coupons that you can use in your next order. I do not give refunds.
Important: due to hygienic reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings or ear cuffs.
I offer a guarantee of 60 days since the days since you place the order, however, please bear in mind I can not be responsible for damage caused by bad use of the jewelry or alteration of the product caused by the PH of the skin.

The order will be shipped to your ETSY address. Please make sure you provide the correct data. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for incorrect address therefore if your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don't pick up your order from the post office, a shipping fee will be charged to arrange to reship.
LOST, STOLEN or UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT
Dear customer, I'm afraid that I'm not responsible for:
Incorrect address
Any time delay due to customs, weather, saturation, especially in HOLIDAY times, etc...
Unclaimed packages. (There's a chance to arrange a reshipping process). No refunds are given.
The post office system sometimes makes mistakes resulting in lost or stolen packages. I will do my best to help out each customer to try and locate the package. If your package has not arrived a month after has left Spain please contact me.
A few steps are necessary to try to locate your package, by filing a claim with Spanish Courier Company "CORREOS" 40 days AFTER the package has been shipped.
I will be more than happy to help you with that if necessary :)
Additional policies and FAQs
All my items are made of 925 STERLING SILVER AND GOLD-PLATED STERLING SILVER. These materials are quite delicate so please find my recommendations above.
Avoid contact with the following:
1. Beauty products such as perfume, cosmetics, cream, sun lotion.
2. Certain harsh chemicals or environments (cleaning products, chlorine, saltwater, silver polish).
3. Hard/ rough materials (recommend it for rings)
I highly recommend to my customers to remove the jewels before going to bed, during sports and while showering.
Exposure to the previously mentioned will result in compromising the integrity of your jewels. Also, depending on care, degree of use, perspiration and some skin PH, tarnishing can possibly occur over time.
If this, unfortunately, happened a silver-polishing cloth or silver cleanser are great tools to make your sterling silver jewellery shine again. It's important to mention that this particular cleaning method should not be used to clean gold-plated sterling silver items.
