🍓 When Will I Receive My Package?
Items will be carefully packed in sturdy, bubble-wrapped envelopes to ensure safe delivery. Please note that I cannot control what happens to the package after it has been shipped. As my shop is very small, I am unfortunately unable to cover costs for lost or damaged items, so I cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs after postage.
Delivery times may vary. International shipments typically take 1–3 weeks, but may take longer depending on the destination and circumstances. I will ship to the address you provide here on Etsy, so please double-check that it is correct before placing your order to avoid delays or issues.

🍓 Problems With Order?

🍓 Tracked Shipping?
To keep shipping costs affordable, orders are sent without tracking by default. When I drop off orders at the post office, they’re scanned as proof that your package has been shipped.
🍓 Shipping Company?
For shipments within the Netherlands, I use PostNL. For shipments outside the Netherlands (EU and international), I use Intime Delivery / Deutsche Post.
🍓 Cancellation Before Delivery?
Orders cannot be cancelled before delivery. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase. If there is a genuine mistake with your contact or shipping information, please contact me via Etsy messages or email [contactdaicellas@gmail.com] as soon as possible, and I will do my best to help.
🍓 Returns?
I accept returns, but keep the following in mind.
EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer law, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item is faulty or I sent the wrong item. In which case I cover the return costs. Once I receive the returned items, I will refund your original payment method.
Non-EU customers: Return shipping is always paid by the buyer and is at the buyer’s risk, even if the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent. I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Once I receive the returned items, I will refund your original payment method.
