Hi, I’m Tonia — the founder of Alignment Heart.
Alignment Heart began during a turning point in my life. After graduating university, I stepped into the traditional 9-to-5 path, doing everything I believed I was supposed to do. But over time, I felt disconnected — from creativity, from meaning, and from myself.
During a season of burnout, I asked myself a simple question:
What actually makes me feel alive?
The answer wasn’t success titles or expectations.
It was beauty. Light. Detail. Emotion. The quiet shift that happens when something truly resonates with you.
I’ve always been sensitive — deeply aware of energy, subtle changes, and how small details can completely transform how we feel. Instead of suppressing that, I chose to build something from it.
That’s how Alignment Heart was born.
