5 out of 5 starsThe owner gave the best CUSTOMER SERVICE, had an issue with download, loading in Canva and she stepped right in right away and sent me another link that did work and reached out to make sure everything was ok, I highley suggest using her and will be sending business her way.

What happens once I purchase?
You’ll immediately receive a PDF with simple instructions on how to download your template so you can get started updating your item (if needed). It also includes a guide on printing.
How do I update my item?
This easy-to-use Canva template is simple to update. Click the text you need to update, and voila, you have updated your template! No need for Canva Pro as all elements used are part of the Canva Basic (free) platform.
Don’t have a Canva account? No worries, creating an account and getting started is super simple.
What can I update?
Everything! Fonts, colours, text, shapes, images – whatever you like.
That said, all our templates are perfect the way they are and usually only need some tweaks for personalisation.
Like a design?
Search the product name in the store search bar and you’ll see all the other related designs. If you purchase 3 or more products in the same checkout, you’ll automatically receive 50% off.
Feeling unsure about how to update the template?
While Canva is easy to use, we can help make changes if you're worried about updating your template.
Head to the Feature Section of the Destination Forever Co Etsy Store and choose one of the following three items to add to the cart with your purchase:
- Personalisation for One Product (i.e. we can update your details for you)
- Colour Change for One Product (i.e. we will amend to the colour of your choice)
- Size Change for One Product (i.e. we can resize to your preferred paper size)
What happens if I change my mind after purchase?
Unfortunately, as this is a digital product, we do not refund or exchange the product once purchased if you change your mind.
