Care instructions
Wrap Bracelets and Jewelry -
Avoid water, perfumes and lotions. All GreyStarr Design jewelry is handmade using a variety of materials. Wrap bracelets are not designed to stretch. Avoid applying force to your jewelry as this may cause damage.
Cocktail Picks/Food Picks, Cake Testers and Cookie Scribe Picks -
Hand wash/wipe only. Avoid submerging beaded embellishments in liquid. All picks are made from food grade stainless steel. All picks are individually cut and sharp points added by hand. Metal beads are jewelry components made from a variety of metals. Use of a polishing cloth will help keep metal components bright.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All GreyStarr Design products are shipped wrapped in an organza bag and are ready for gift giving.
A gift card with To/From for you to complete is available at no charge - please send me a message to request one with your order.
Shipping
Free US Domestic shipping on orders over $35.00 - Orders must be placed in a single transaction for discount to be reflected. Only US Domestic shipping is offered at this time.
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days using USPS Ground Advantage Mail (or USPS Priority Mail upgrade as selected and purchased by you at checkout.) You will receive a USPS tracking number when your order has shipped. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been accepted and scanned by the post office.
Please contact me within 24 hours of Delivery of your package if your items should arrive damaged. Please provide a picture of the damaged item in your message.
