And the artist was nice enough to include a kind note and an extra insert in teal! I know it was only a small purchase, but I am still very pleased. I love this itabag, and am looking forward to some new pin layouts!

Frequently asked questions
I placed an order for an Ita bag before May, when will I get my order?
There have been a few production delays with my manufacturer due to COVID19, so the new delivery estimate to me is around mid July for the Halloween bags, and Mid August for the gaming bags. How long will shipping take from the manufacturer?
Shipping to me will take about a month after production is finished. The shipment will be traveling via boat to save on shipping costs, so this is why the new estimate is around July/August. I will do my best to ship your order out as quickly as I possibly can.
When the bags arrive to you, how long will it take for you to ship my Etsy order out to me?
When the bags arrive to me, I need to fulfill all Kickstarter orders first since those orders have been around since October. After all Kickstarter orders are finished, I will fulfill all Etsy orders immediately afterward. I'm estimating this whole packing/shipping process will take me about 1.5 weeks to finish all Kickstarter and Etsy orders together.
Why can’t I find your items or shop name in Etsy’s search bar right now?
Because of the large amount of messages and orders I have been getting for the Ita bags, Etsy has limited my shop’s visibility in their searches. At this time, my shop can only be found through a direct link, or through your “favorited items” page. Once I fulfill all Etsy Ita bag orders, Etsy will turn my shop’s visibility back on in the search bar.
