This is an absolutely beautiful meditation. It helps you realize that you are, as the description says, an extension of source energy. Wonderful images are described, the background music carries you along, and the delivery of the narration is good. I wasn't sure about buying this because I couldn't hear any samples, but I took a chance and it was so worth it.
