All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item or size is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page. In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified via email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).

No changes to your order or address are possible once your order has been processed. Before placing your order, please check (and perhaps double check): – The size(s). – The quantity of each item in your order. – Your shipping address, to make sure your order ends up where it’s supposed to.

No cancellations are possible after placing an order once your order has been processed. If there has been made a mistake, let us know as soon as possible. No guarantees of changing your order can be made.

DAMAGED PRODUCT DURING SHIPPING

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately, with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

At all product pages you can find a specific description of sizing in the size charts. Find out how to measure your dog on our size guide page. We recommend to measure your dog before purchasing. Personalized items are not refundable, only available for size change. Do you need extra help? Contact us via our contact page and we will help you finding the right size.
