SHIPPING:
- All cards and envelopes are packaged in a white mailing envelope (or a box for larger orders).
- Your item(s) will be brought to the post office to be shipped within 1-4 business days from the date of purchase.
- All orders are shipped by USPS and include FREE tracking! Priority shipping is available for an additional fee.
-Most items will arrive 2-5 business days after they are brought to the post office. Please note that weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. I will do my best to make sure your order arrives on time!
-Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding shipping/delivery, delayed deliveries, tracking issues, etc. I will help as much as I can!

RETURNS:
-Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery (cost of shipping will be paid by customer). Please reach out before sending any returns. Items returned must be returned in brand new condition.
-All personalized or customized items are FINAL SALE.
