The sample pieces have been used in photo sessions and/or fashion shows, as well as to try on in the boutique. They have all been dry cleaned. They may show some small marks, especially on the bottom or inside, but hardly noticeable. If any of the pieces have a major defect, this will be specified in the listing description.

In no case will we accept returns of these items.

While this was shipped quickly, I wish that the seller was more transparent with her policies. It is clearly stated in the product listing that returns are accepted, but her policies ensure that you cannot actually return the item. She will argue with you that you are wrong and refuse to help you. Horrible experience.
