The item was a fine quality and was shipped in a timely manner. Make sure you read the description because the picture does not show the actual size of the poster. It is much smaller than shown in the photo. (Gift card for scale)

Hi Maggie, I'm really sorry that the product did not live up to expectations. Any time someone buys a piece of my art it is vital to me that they are happy with their purchase. You selected an 8" x 10" poster which is the smallest size and pictured on the listing. I contacted you to try and help find a more acceptable solution but you did not reply. Packaged very well, fast shipping, beautiful artwork. But very pastel and washed out compared to the pictures online, almost as if the black ink cartridge was low.
