Delivery arrived 20 days late. Customs duties extra 20€. Very damaged package. Product poorly packaged.

I'm so sorry that your package came damaged! I have no control over shipping. International shipping takes a while. The kit was shipped during the timeframe Etsy alots. I also messaged you before shipping, about possible customs fees and if you still wanted to proceed with the purchase. I received no reply. Thank you for letting me know how horrible international shipping is. I'll be looking into other solutions for future international mailings. Please send me pictures of the damage so I can see how bad it is and ensure better packaging for future international mailings.
