Stitch wire is this awesome little notion that lets you try on your knitting without having to transfer using slip stitches or a tapestry needle. No need to worry about twisting your stitches and can be done in a flash! Best when used with US 5-15 size needles, so its perfect for interchangeable sets. For larger needles, simply switch out to a smaller needle to transfer.

To use, attach the tube to the end of the needle. Give a small tug to make sure its secure, but I recommend not tugging on this connection when transferring stitches. Best method of transfer is to push the stitches onto the needles and slide them off, instead of just pulling the needle and cord through. Slide and twist your needle through your stitches, see video for reference.

I do not recommend this for lace knitting as the wire is too thick to slide easily.

This listing is for 2 x 60" (152 cm) length of stitch wire. Comes in the teal color with 1 mm inner diameter and 2 mm outer diameter.

Can come with a storage tin if desired. Can also come with 2 cord stoppers (random color choices, requests are welcome but not guaranteed).
