Refunds For Items Returned Undamaged

All returned items must be in the same new, unused condition as when shipped (no signs of use) to qualify for a refund. For items sold with free shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. I will also deduct the original shipping cost I paid from your refund. For items where you paid shipping, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. I will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund. If the return is due to an error on my part (wrong item, defective, etc.), I will issue a full refund, including all shipping costs both ways.

Items lost or damaged in shipping.

I ship all items with care using tracked shipping. Once I hand the package over to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. If your item arrives damaged: * Please notify me with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. * I will work with you to resolve it quickly, either by providing a full refund or a replacement (if available). If your item is lost in transit: I will file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is confirmed as lost, I will issue you a full refund (including the original shipping cost). Materials: Reclaimed wood

This handmade 10-inch wooden cross is Victorian-style fretwork wall art, cut from reclaimed, unused hardwood flooring samples and finished as a one-of-a-kind Christian wall hanging.

I build each cross in my Tallahassee workshop from hardwood flooring samples that were headed for the trash. I cut the openwork by hand with traditional tools. No two pieces match, because no two boards match. The grain, tone, and original factory finish stay on the wood.

Details

• Height: 10 inches
• Width: 8 inches
• Thickness: 1/2 inch
• Material: reclaimed unused hardwood flooring sample
• Finish: the original flooring surface; no extra stain or paint unless requested.
• Use: indoor wall or door hanging
• Origin: handmade in Tallahassee, Florida, USA

You may see a faint seam where the tongue-and-groove boards were joined. It is only slightly visible from the front and more visible on the back. That seam is part of the reclaimed material, not a defect.

This size works in an entryway, above a small shelf, in a prayer corner, or as a gift that does not dominate the wall. Use it for baptisms, confirmations, Easter, housewarmings, pastor appreciation, and sympathy gifts.

Good to know

• Indoor use only. Do not hang it outdoors.
• Dust with a dry or barely damp cloth. Do not soak or use household polish.
• Because the wood is reclaimed, color will vary from the photos. That is expected.
• Custom orders for sizes, finishes, and wood choices are welcome. Please contact me before placing your order so we can discuss your preferences and ensure you get exactly what you want.
