Order is for one downloadable digital copy - no frame provided. Final image will be sent via Etsy or email.

By ordering a printable file you are able to print your design yourself. This option allows you to save money on shipping and printing fees and long waiting times as you can print locally! Your file will be sent to you in A4 size, however, please let me know via Etsy messaging or email if you would like other sizes and I can do this for you free of charge.

.:: HOW • TO • ORDER ::.
1. Choose the number of people you would like in the portrait then place your order.

2. Once your order is placed, send us a photo of the pets/people to be in the portrait via Etsy message.

3. I’ll send you a draft of your portrait for tweaks and final approval.

4. When you’ve approved of the image, your portrait will be sent to you via Etsy or email within 1-4 business days as a ready-to-print A4 digital file (let me know if you would like another size).

Q. What size paper can I print my image on?
All images are made in A4 (8.25 x 11.75 in or 210 x 297 mm) at 300 DPI.


Q. I have separate images of my pets and people. Am I able to order a portrait with these or do I need all my pets in one photo?

Your pets do not need to be in the same photo. I can certainly draw multiple pets/people together using separate images.


Q. How will I know if I like my cartoon?

After receiving the image you'd like drawn, I'll send you a draft to review for feedback.


Q. Can I request a refund?

As these products are customized, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges once your order has begun the production stage. However, I do offer 3 revisions max post-purchase to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.
