Please note: We are a Canadian company but we list on Etsy in USD. Due to the fluctuating Canadian dollar our clients may find our prices change from time to time.

OVERSEAS ORDERS (anywhere not in North America): We send via tracked package and it usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive but can sometimes take longer.

IMPORTANT: Please also check any VAT, customs charges or taxes for bringing goods into your country. We are not responsible for these charges.

Made to order garments are custom made to your size and therefore are not eligible for a refund but I can offer an exchange on most items (either a different size or style).

PLEASE NOTE: Lingerie is always final sale for hygienic reasons.

Non returnable items that are eligible for an exchange can be exchanged for other sizing or another item in the shop. In the rare case we cannot exchange for the exact item alternate options will be given. Buyer assumes costs of shipping the original item back but the second item will be shipped at no additional charge.

Custom listings are final sale.

If you order a made to order garment and there are any major fit issues we will exchange the garment for one that fits better. Any made to order item is considered custom and is not eligible for returns. Minor adjustments made by a local tailor are to be expected for the nature of a lot of our dresses.
