tapers vary -just melt a little wax to further secure your candles, beeswax is my favorite for these holders but they welcome all forms of cozy.
they each vary, but made for average taper whatever source of wax.

May be imperfections in sizes and glazes.

I handmade these ceramic pieces, designed and glazed everything myself with love. Each ceramic piece is hand thrown, trimmed, then buffed, high fired, sanded, glazed, high fired again by hand... great time and care goes into this design.
