This custom grad cap topper includes blue, white, and silver hand-rolled card stock flowers on a navy, glittery base (color varies slightly depending on lighting). Hand placed pearls and rhinestones are lining the edges of the cap. Custom quotes are placed onto your cap using silver lettering. All toppers measure 9"x 9" to fit the standard graduation cap size. All orders include Velcro adhesives on the backside for easy attachment onto your cap.
