The honey used to produce this soap is pure, raw, and from ‘Sweet Taste of Sunshine’ local hives. Their honey is delicious to eat and in a soap it adds a sweet scent, hydrates your skin, and it increases lather.
Kim from ‘Sweet Taste of Sunshine’ founded “Illinois Bee Rescue” with the mission to create new pollinator habitat and foster awareness of the challenges facing our pollinators today. She meticulously inspects her colonies, maintaining them without chemical manipulation or treatment. Kim spends her summers rescuing bees which have swarmed into people’s homes. Sweet Taste of Sunshine Honey is added to every soap loaf
Made with dried coffee grounds and freshly brewed coffee. Dried coffee grounds will provide a gentle exfoliation. We use coffee from small businesses so the soap has good energy.
Dried coffee grounds will shed in your sink or tub as you use it and they can easily be washed down the drain.

We sweat in the summer when it is hot and humid and so does our soap. Soap sweating is the result of the interaction that occurs between moisture in the air and the humectant ingredients in a bar of soap. Melt and Pour soap is high in glycerin. If you see sweat or crystal like bubbles on the outside of your bar soap then it is sweating. It can happen and nothing is wrong with your soap. If you want to try to avoid soap sweat then it is recommended that you keep your unopened soap in a cool dry area or keep it packaged until you are ready to use it.
