4.5 out of 5 starsAccording to the seller, they do not know the shipping company. Had to contact Esty support for the seller to provide a tracking number. The seller will hold off shipping items without your consent until you agree on the new delivery date. It did arrive two days later than originally but arrived before my event. The item smelled bad when it arrived and had to wash it. Good quality image, though.

Amazing product! Beautiful printing. Clear images. Made a great backdrop for my daughter's birthday party. I only wish it was slightly bigger... we ordered the 6 foot hoop size and it had too little material to totally go around the 6 foot hoop on all sides without popping off on one side no matter how much we stretched it.
