Yes, We have have added a faster turn around time to our shipping options. keep in mind this is for RUSH shipping so basically we push your order to the front of the line. This service does not cover NDA shipping.

What if I MESS (the customers error) up on my Monogrammed Item since its not returnable am I just out of luck.

Please be sure to DOUBLE check the Spelling and Dates Etc. you have provided me before placing the order. If you find you have made an error on a personalized item , Please email me and I will see if I can help by offering a new item at a discounted price. (this is not something you will find others offering) but we understand everyone makes errors and even though we can't just replace the item we are happy to offer you a large discount to have your order remade.

Do you make the items in your shop your self or Just Personalize the Items?

The items are Purchased from Quality Wholesalers and MONOGRAMMED by our shop, personalizing Purchased Items falls under Etsy's Homemade qualifications.

How do I track my order.

Under Purchases find your order and you will see a TRACK My Package option.

What if YOU mess up my order ?

If we mess up the spelling, font, thread color or something else PLEASE message me right away and I will get your order replaced right away.

What if I have issue with shipping

If your package is late please track and confirm the issue, if the package is lost please email us right away so we can start a tracking request to locate your order. If packing is lost in shipping we will file a claim and get your order replaced for you. If the package shows it was dlvd. we would not be able to file claims since insurance only covers lost or damaged packages and not packages stolen from porch's. PLEASE track your order so you know when it will be dlvd. all 3 shipping company's USPS, UPS and FEDEX offer you the ability to change the deliver date if your not going to be home the day of deliver.

Thank you for mentioning that the item looks exactly like the photo. I only use the actual item in my photos, but I do sometimes use AI backgrounds, but NEVER on an item.
