I gave this item a four because I couldn’t exchange it or return iit in which I knew upon purchasing. It was too big for my head, which is 22” in circumference. There wasn’t an adjustable string inside. I searched around to see if anyone in STL and on YouTube could install one but no luck. The hat is beautiful and very well made—just what I was looking for. My biggest drawback is that the hat is way too pricey to be non-reurnable or non-exchangeable. That’s $120 of mine gone down the drain. I took that risk because it was just what I needed to complete my outfit. I’m still searching for a hat.
