To keep your items at their best, do not expose your jewellery to water, perfumes, hairspray or lotions. A wipe over with a jewellery cloth after wear will keep them shiny and brand new looking.

Custom and personalized items are not refundable unless damaged upon arrival. Every one of my items leaves my studio in perfect condition, but may be damaged in transit. I will require a photograph to confirm the damage before exchange or repair.

Gift wrapping may incur a fee. Please convo me if you wish to have this service provided. All items come in either a gift box or pretty gift pouch ready to give.
