We are a trade seller. EU and UK consumer protection law applies to purchases from our shop.

1. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES

All our wedding dresses are made to order after your purchase. They are not shipped from stock.

- Production time: 4–5 weeks from the date of purchase (rush production may be available on request — please contact us before ordering).
- Shipping transit: from a few days up to 14 days depending on destination. An express option (1–4 days) is available at checkout.
- Total delivery time therefore normally exceeds 30 days from the date of purchase. By placing an order you agree to this longer delivery period.
- The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout once you select your country.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed period, we will contact you and you may set an additional reasonable period or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement — for example, an Etsy message, the "Help with order" function in your Etsy order history, an email to support@amberbride.com, or the model withdrawal form below. Using the form is optional.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

3. IMPORTANT EXCEPTION — CUSTOM-MADE AND PERSONALISED DRESSES

Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

This means there is NO right of withdrawal and NO returns or exchanges for dresses that we make according to your own measurements, or with any customisation you request (changed length, sleeves, neckline, train, lining, colour, added or removed details, or any other modification to the standard design).

Because these dresses are cut and sewn individually for you and cannot be resold, please make sure of your choice, measurements, and event date before ordering. We are happy to answer any questions and to send additional photos or fabric information before you buy.

Dresses ordered in an unaltered standard size, with no customisation, are covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal described in section 2.

We will always state clearly on the listing and confirm in writing before production begins whether your order is custom-made and therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Where the right of withdrawal applies:

- Return the item to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Return shipping to Lithuania is estimated at EUR 10-20 depending on your country and carrier.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, make-up, and odours, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost (if you chose a more expensive delivery method, we refund only the cost of our standard delivery), no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, at no charge to you.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

5. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you have a statutory two-year legal guarantee of conformity for goods that are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described. This applies to custom-made dresses as well. Contact us at support@amberbride.com with photographs and your order number and we will arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with the law.

6. SIZING, MEASUREMENTS AND FIT

For made-to-order dresses we produce according to the measurements you supply. Please follow our measuring guide and, where possible, have your measurements taken by a professional. We are not responsible for a poor fit caused by inaccurate measurements provided by you, or by changes in your body after measurements were submitted. Minor local alterations are normal practice for bridal wear and are at your own cost.

Colours may differ slightly between screens and between fabric batches.

7. PRICES, TAXES, CUSTOMS

All prices are shown including applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you place your order.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are payable by you. Customs processing may also cause delays outside our control.

8. CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER BEFORE PRODUCTION

If you need to change or cancel a custom order, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet cut the fabric, we will normally accept the change or cancellation. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible. This is a goodwill practice and does not affect your statutory rights.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, EU consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, Lithuania, tarnyba@vvtat.lt, www.vvtat.lt, or the consumer protection authority or out-of-court dispute resolution body in your own country.
