Absolutely terrible experience. My order has been delayed for over 3 weeks with little to no communication from the seller. When I finally followed up, they claimed “Etsy issues” were preventing them from shipping—which is not true. Instead of fulfilling the order, they asked me to repurchase through their personal website, removing all buyer protection. No tracking, no accountability, just excuses. This felt very misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this shop. I am opening a case with Etsy due to this issue!
