Each ring is handmade and created in the order they are placed. This option makes your order a priority in the queue. If there are other orders which have selected this priority upgrade as well, your order will fall in line behind those. We strive to complete priority orders in 1/2 the time as non-priority orders!

Currently, our standard turnaround time is 6 weeks and our priority time is 4 weeks.

All of our rings are coated in an epoxy known as CA (Cyanoacrylate), which makes our rings water and scratch resistant. However, over time, exposure to heat, chemicals, and long-term exposure to water may prematurely wear down the finish on the ring. While you can wear it in the shower or in the pool, we recommend taking them off. And while our rings are durable, we do recommend keeping them away from abrasives as well as harsh chemicals like acetone. In other words, treat your ring like a one-of-a-kind item, because it is.

We are able to exchange a ring within the first 30 days of you receiving it at no cost to you*, provided you used one of our ring sizers to obtain the size of your ring. This can be done for various reasons, such as something as simple as needing a different size outside of our ability to resize the current ring. The exchange can be done for a ring of equal or lesser value. Any alterations that would cause the price of the ring to go up will be charged accordingly. The existing ring must be returned like new and unworn, which includes not using it for any pictures or special ceremonies. An exchange is only necessary when the existing ring cannot be resized.

This was the best experience I wish for everyone to have, when planning a proposal! Summer was absolutely incredible! She took so much time helping me with finding the correct ringsize and creating this very special ring with our favourite vinyl record and meteorite. It is absolutely STUNNING! The ring came with certificates of authencity. The engraving is very delicately done aswell. There are no words that can grasp how grateful I am that our roads crossed from overseas. I can't wait to propose with a ring having this story with all the crafter's from rustic and main being part of it. Thank you so much for everything!!
