I do offer custom jewelry! The first design is free, along with any minor revisions pertaining to that design. If a major design change is asked for, then a $25 deposit will be required to additional design work. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of the items if it is made. If it is not made, then the deposit is not-refundable. If additional major changes are made then an additional $25 deposit will be required and the previous deposit will not be refunded.

An example of a minor change would be altering the setting to change the prongs, or changing materials or adding additional stones, etc...

A major design is when a completely new style is asked for where I must abandon all previous work.

Please make sure to get properly sized, either locally, or by ordering my ring sizers in my shop.

I do offer re-sizing services in house for a fee. The cost is based on the ring and materials.

All of my rings come in a nice hinged ring box, perfect for a proposal if needed. Other jewelry items also will come in some sort of box, or gift pouch.

Sterling Silver will tarnish over time. To remedy this, I recommend a polishing cloth. These cloths come pre-imbued with polishing compound designed to remove tarnish and restore a shine.

These cloths can also be used on other precious meals to polish them.

Dirt and grim is best removed through ultrasonic or steam cleaning, however, not all gemstones should be subjected to these conditions. contact me with questions about how to clean a specific piece.

I do not officially offer wholesale options at this time. I will offer discounts for larger orders on a case by case basis.

I do offer inhouse repairs for all my jewelry which I perform myself. this includes re-rounding, sizing, stone setting, prong tightening, re-polishing, fixing cracks or breaks, stone removal, cleaning etc. All repairs are quoted on a case by case basis. I can offer a quote via message once I have good pictures and a description of what is needed but I reserve the right to change my quote once the item is in hand if I see additional work is needed.

I will always provide a quote before I do any work on your jewelry so that you'll know what the cost will be. No surprise bills!

The buyer will need to cover shipping costs both ways.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
~Made to order items are a lot like Custom Made items, they are not returnable unless there is a defect in the item.
~If there is a defect, I will either repair it for free or offer to make it again, or send a full refund.
~Many of my made to order sterling silver rings can be exchanged for free. But not all designs are eligible for this. Please contact me if you would like to know my policy on any specific design. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the ring back to me.
~For all gold rings which are made to order, an exchange is subject to a 33% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the ring back to me.
