UK Buyers- Delivery to the UK has new import customs duty?

Delivery to the UK incurs approx £15 extra duties and taxes charge upon receipt. This is due to new Import rules imposed by UK. Import charges are to be taken by buyer.

There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% or minimum C$15 if there is no manufacturing defect in the returned item. Since we have to refinish and sanitize the piece before adding to stock and many time dispose it. That is a small amount we charge so to keep our cost and expenses low. Since we pay the original shipping cost and insurence from our end, return shipping in all conditions is to be paid by the buyer. This is to keep things simple for national and international sales.

How fast is response time to messages and queries?

My response time is sometimes 2 to 3 working days, as I am mostly involved in making of the Jewelry. I do not work on weekends, therefore there is no communication on weekends. Little slow response time there but our jewelry is top notch.
