This ivory polybraid cartwheel hat base is a classic shape that has sprung into popularity in the past year. Made from polybraid that has been spiralled and blocked, it has a petershams ribbon sewn into the inside crown for stability. Simply trim and add a comb or headband for securing to the head and your done!

Width: 35cm (13.7 inches)
Crown height: 2.5cm (1 inch)
In this listing we give you the option of attaching an elastic, this is to help secure the fascinator base to your head as it is not a fitted/finished headpiece.
