I am located in Florida and run my business from home. In order to help with fulfillment and to be able to offer a variety of products and designs, I do utilize print companies that take our designs and translate them to physical products using their high-quality production processes.

Our printing partners are located throughout the US, in China, and in the UK.

Each listing will show where the item is shipping from. Please pay attention to the *SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME* section for each listing. If there is any question about where an item is being shipped from, please contact me before ordering.

It may take a few days before the USPS tracking shows any movement. Give it some time, it will update shortly.

The tracking for items coming from China may not show any movement until the item reaches the US and the item is received by the USPS from the international carrier. The tracking number is still valid and will start updating as soon as the USPS has received the item. Once USPS has received the item from the international carrier, it will normally be delivered a few days later.

If you refer to the FAQ about "where is my item coming from", you will see that I use a few printing companies to help with fulfillment of my products. As such, depending on what you order, you may receive separate shipments.

You will receive separate tracking for each shipment.

Some of the items in the shop do qualify for upgraded shipping and it will be an option for you during checkout.

If you purchase an item that qualifies for upgraded shipping along with an item that does not qualify, then only the qualifying item will ship in the upgraded status. The non qualifying item will ship standard. To avoid any confusion, you may want to consider purchasing items separately.

I do respond to messages and emails, but please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Some responses do require some research on my part or communication with my printing companies and there is a 12-hour time difference for the one in China.

Please verify that your address is correct during checkout AND once you receive the order confirmation. If you notice it is wrong, please let me know within 1 hour of placing your order.

I submit orders to my printing companies within 2 hours after your purchase. Once I have submitted the order to the printing company, it is very difficult to get your address changed because they normally print the shipping labels right away.

I will try my best to work with you if you notice it after the 1 hour mark, but I can't promise it can be redirected. You may have to work directly with the shipping carrier to have it rerouted.

Due to the custom nature of our products and designs, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds. If there is an issue with the product or design, please message us, along with pictures that clearly depict the issue, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
