All small, flat orders are automatically packages in a decorated and personalized (with buyer or giftee's name) folded cardstock, or kraft gift bag and sealed with tape or a label. Items are also placed in resealable cellophane bag or other protective material to prevent damage during shipment.

If you'd like your order to come with only a gift receipt, without a gift receipt, and/or personalized with gift recipient's name, please add these in the notes of your order.

My stickers and stationery are printed with archival pigment inks to prevent smudging and fading over time.

Standard Matte: These stickers can be written with all pens and have an uncoated, matte surface.

Premium Matte: Most pens will work on this sticker material, including gel pens. Please allow for ink to dry completely before touching the surface of your stickers to anything else. My premium matte has a velvety, smooth texture with rich colors.

Glossy: Ballpoint pens and fine-tip markers do well. Gloss sheen and vibrant colors on this type of sticker material.

Clear Gloss: Ballpoint pens and fine-tip permanent markers do well. Most Clear Gloss stickers are best used to overlay on top of handwriting for best results.

All domestic USA orders come with tracking through USPS First Class. Typically arrives in 2-5 business days.

International orders are shipped through USPS First Class International with tracking for most countries by default.

Canada orders arrive between 7-14 business days (usually sooner). All other countries have estimated delivery time of 10-21 business days.

If you would like to be 100% sure that your International order will come tracked, please contact me for expedited, tracking guaranteed delivery of your order (very expensive option; additional cost).

I pride myself in trying to deliver the best customer service to everyone within my abilities. I have placed systems in my office to make sure everything goes out in a timely fashion with all your items in your order. Mistakes do happen though! If you have a concern about missing items, quality of items, or anything else with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. Just be honest and I will do my best to assist you.

As for items that have already been shipped, there are limited amount of ways that I can help. If package has been delivered, please try contacting your local post office before contact me about a delivered, but missing order. After that, we can work together from there. Thank you~!
