I want you to enjoy the opening experience as well as the item/s you order, all while being as environmentally friendly as possible.
Your items will be packed in colourful paper bags, sealed with recyclable stickers, and where possible, plastic-free (there are a few exceptions, such as prints, which need the extra protection)
Items don't have any prices marked on them and I don't add invoices with orders as I'm trying to reduce waste - I feel they're unnecessary due to order information being available digitally via Etsy, so if you DO want a printout of your invoice please let me know (and specify if you would like it to show prices or not)
I use recycled/recyclable hardback envelopes so your items will arrive with you safe and sound.

If you want to order a gift for someone and have it sent directly, let me know in the comment box at the checkout what note you'd like provided with your order.
I will then pick out one of my small note cards and handwrite your message inside, before popping it with the order. Generally, I'll write the recipient's name on the envelope and stick it to the outside of the paper bag the items are in - this way they open the card and see your note first!
Please note: it probably goes without saying, but don't forget to use their details for the shipping address!
