PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN POLICY FOUND BELOW. All Lucidium pens are intended for small and medium breed dogs (up to 40 lbs.), puppies, and other small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, kittens, and ferrets. They are not designed for large dog breeds or pets that are aggressively trying to escape.

The 36" Height Lucidium Dog Pen is an oversized, indoor enclosure, with 3 color choices, 2 size options, a drop-down bar at the door for walk-in access, and clear panels so pets are not behind bars.

RETURNS:
Orders can be returned for up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Pens must be unassembled (acrylic protective film still in place, parts have not been assembled), unused, and in the original packaging. All returns are inspected, and refunds will not be provided on used items. After 30 days, we do not accept returns.
We will provide a free return shipping label. Our products have a 90 day warranty.
