Each headband is approximately 3.5"-4" in width and is available in two standard lengths - 21" and 23". Headbands are designed to fit snug to accommodate stretch with wear, so it is recommended to measure the circumference of your head (including around your ears!) and select a size 1"-2" smaller than your head measurement. Custom sizes are also available upon request!
