+Finish:
This tray is hand-painted and can be done in a variety of colours, if these a specific colour you'd like please get in touch and I'll do my best to get it sorted.

+Bundles
If you order a matching tray bag/dice bag or full bundle via this listing the main part of the bag will be done with a pleather that matches your wood colour (if I don't have one I'll get in touch with you) and the flap will be made from cotton that matches the base of the tray. If you'd prefer a cork/ITA bag with your tray please add the tray and bag separate.

+Fabric:
The bottom of the tray has a layer of felt to cushion even the heaviest of dice, and then a layer of a printed fabric on-top.

+Size:
These come in 3 sizes -
3inch x 3inch rolling area (external 4.5inch x 4.5inch)
6inch x 6inch rolling area (external 7.5inch x 7.5inch)
8inch x 8inch rolling area (external 9.5inch x 9.5inch)

Due to manufacturing batch runs, camera and monitor settings, the colours on the pictures may vary slightly.

Please note that the trays are made from a natural wood so they may be rough/be textured in some parts but I try my best to ensure that these are sanded down where possible.

All UK items are sent via Second Class Royal Mail. You can upgrade to First Class or Signed for an extra fee. All International items (except EU) are sent untracked unless the upgrade is chosen at checkout.

If an item miss-ships because of an information error on the customers part and if the item is returned to sender the customer must pay the shipping costs to have the order sent out again and provide proper shipping information.

Please be aware that if it is an item that has been personalised or made to order I will be unable to offer you an exchange/return/refund unless the item is faulty and require photographic evidence.

Most of our item fall under custom/personalised categories and are not eligible for returns and refunds.

If your item arrives damaged, let me know straight away and send photographs so we can work on a solution.

Postal costs are non-refundable if you change your mind and return it to our store, you will be issued a refund for the item price only.

If you are returning an order make sure you contact us first, we do not issue refunds for items if we haven't been notified before it was sent back. Please ensure that this is marked as return, if this is not done and we occur custom charges to receive it back this amount will be deducted from your total refund.

No refunds will be given unless the items are returned in resell-able condition.
