Yes, it is. The hand-dyeing process has several steps, including boiling fabric in water, drying freshly dyed ribbons and washing it after in cold water. Each of these steps can cause some darker spots, variation of colour and hue inconsistency along the length. As a professional stylist and florist, I personally like this and think, that it gives a ribbon natural look and it proofs, that fabric dyeing was made by hands.

For obtaining the same tint I always use the same pigment and the same type of fabric, which are marked in the listing description. However, I make my ribbons and fabrics in small bunches and the shade of some of them can slightly vary from previous to the darker or lighter side. I do my best for making it always the same, but it always has its own individuality. Also the monitor calibration can be different and cause a slight difference in the impression of color.

The seller obligation is to send the parcel in time, yet it is only post (or courier company) that is fully responsible for shipping timing and efficiency. It takes up to 2-3 weeks for international (non-European) parcels from the Czech republic, though due to holiday time, Christmas mostly, or other force major and internal post issues it may take longer (+ 2-3 weeks or even more, than expected). After the 1st November I can't guarantee, that your package will be delivered in standard time period. I really hope, that your shipment will be delivered with utmost efficiency!

As a seller I can't take responsibility for items that are lost or not delivered by the postal services. If the item isn't delivered despite being shipped (this is a really rare occasion), I will fill a claim to the postal services. The claim takes 30 days to be resolved. If the lost package is not delivered within this time, I will only then issue a refund for the lost item.
