The communication was OK but delivery took over a week longer than estimated and when dropped off at post office no qr code was given so took nearly 20 mins for them to find the item. The product itself is OK. Tbh slightly disappointed as the colours, although they match the picture are nowhere near as vivid and intense which is a shame as that's the reason I bought it. It's a nice product but for nearly 40 pound I have similar items which look better and were a third of the cost.
Looks nothing like the picture. We wanted to show sand on the floor; ended up with spots of green and brown on vinyl.
